PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
When you enter the doors of Unity Public School you can see and feel the excitement that learning here has to offer. At U.P.S. students and staff put extra effort into building relationships with everyone that enters the building. Staff members have filled the hallways with purposeful bulletin boards, promoting education and special events, creating a climate where students want to come to school.
At U.P.S. it is our purpose to educate the whole child so students are prepared for lives of responsibility and leadership in our ever changing world. To this end, we profess and uphold certain values including compassion, courage, integrity, personal spirituality, and responsibility for one’s actions. We go beyond just learning the facts; students are offered an array of opportunities for peer involvement and leadership in the school and community.
Unity Public nurtures a strong level of parent and community support and involvement. This support is critical to our mission’s success as demonstrated through a very active School Community Council and parent volunteers.
